About Our History
Originally a working quarry, the site gradually ceased operations and was left to naturally transform over time. As underground springs filled the excavated rock basin, it became a clear, spring-fed lake that now defines the landscape.
In 2006, the property began a new chapter with the establishment of Granite Springs Lodge, evolving from its industrial roots into a destination for gatherings and events. Proud to be part of the Alexandria community, the property has continued to grow each year with the addition of new buildings, amenities, and features, enhancing both its beauty and guest experience.
