This is a well managed facility with great amenities for enjoying recreational fun outdoors. The lodge kitchen and dining area is fantastic for large groups to prepare and serve their own meals. Bring outdoor games to enjoy on ample acreage to play. The springs swimming area is a great addition to this facilities outdoor fun.

My husband and I, along with our family had rented Granite Springs Lodge, the Cottage, Villas, and Event Center for our wedding in December. The event center is beautiful and roomy. It is nice and convenient if you’re doing a wedding there because you can rent the Villas and walk right over after the dance. All the staff was GREAT, they were always happy to help and answer all our questions. I would highly recommend Granite Springs Lodge to anyone getting married near that area?

Just had our wedding here on September 2nd. Kristy and the staff were amazing, anything we needed they took care of right away, and they were easy to work with in the planning process. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was. Loved having lodging right on site. The lake makes for amazing photos, very happy we chose to have our wedding here!

This is the 2nd family reunion we have held at this Location. I would give it a 10 BUT... we had to be off the lake for a wedding that was being held at the Event Center (in the middle of our last sunny day).... only to be kept awake all night by the wedding party next door and party goers coming into our area. NOT a ideal situation. Water leaks in one of our bedrooms. Kitchen needs commercial ovens. Other than that... amazing place! I hope they fix the above issues as this place is stellar! Beautiful, peaceful place. Had the whole place for a wedding which was perfect. Only complaint I had was the plug-in scents that were everywhere. Those sensitive to perfume type smells makes it uncomfortable.

This well-established Lodge sits above an awesome fishing and swimming spot. The water-filled granite quarry is abundantly supplied with kayaks, paddle boards, canoes and life jackets for all ages. Whether with family, work colleagues or personal friends their ever increasing number of villas and bunkhouses will accommodate upwards of 100 people. Plus Granite Springs Lodge(s) provides not just one but now two Lodges with large essentially-stocked kitchens that will allow for culinary feats of feast. Plan well and book soon.

GREAT place for a family reunion. They have everything you need at the lodge. It's a commercial grade kitchen which made preparing and cleanup for meals a breeze.Wish I could post all the pictures of the kids swimming, kayaking, and canoeing in the quarry. Very serene...perfect for ALL ages.We would highly recommend this facility.

Almost a year ago, I was at Granite Springs Lodge for a staff retreat, and put the location on my phone as a potential wedding location. At that time I was still anticipating my now husband to pop the big question. Once he did, without a doubt GSL was the place we wanted to get married. Our wedding was almost two weeks ago (August 29th) and we are still receiving compliments on how beautiful everything was and how great the venue was. Kristy, Brian, and the GSL team made everything so easy and were great to work with. We left the reception thinking there was more we needed to do but everything was taken care of and we were able to rest easy in the BEAUTIFUL/NEW honeymoon suite onsite. We are looking forward to spending our anniversary here for years to come.

It is BEAUTIFUL! They are extremely accommodating and go out of there way to make the best experience! We got married here, we have had family time here, and we even get to bring our dog!

We went there for a family reunion! Was a lovely place! They were very accommodating!

What a fantastic spot for large gatherings! Beautiful spacious property. We stayed in the Lodge. The spring fed lake was great for the kids, they have safety measures in place (life jackets and rules). Ellie (part of property management/employee) made sure we had everything we needed. Our family reunion went very well there! We'll be back!

Had our family reunion here July 2019, over 100 people. Amazing, clean, comfortable, and relaxing! Commerical kitchen fully stocked with pans and utensils with BIG COMMERCIAL ICE MAKER!!!

Absolutely beautiful. The beach area is clean and inviting. Facilities are wonderful. Full industrial kitchen. Large dining/common area. Rooms are well equipped and homey.It hosted over 100 ppl easily for our gathering. 4 stars- only because it would have been nice to have a central firepit at the lodge and the port a potty was a bit too close to the beach area...there was a distinct smell.

This is such a great place to perform! They always make sure everything is taken care of for private events including a giant amount of support from the owners who are on site during the entire event. A beautiful view from the back balcony of the lodge just makes this the perfect setting for a destination wedding in South Dakota.

We had our wedding weekend out at Granite Springs and it was an absolute perfect location to host our 300+ guests. About 100 of our friends and family were able to stay on the location which made it so easy for everyone to spend max amount of time together. Kristy Berg was SO helpful working with us and being a middle man with ABC Rentals, and even picking up things we needed in Sioux Falls the day before the wedding! It just went so smooth for how much was involved. We had so many compliments about Granite Springs. It really is the ideal place to host a large and important event. Oh and the groom and his friends caught some big fish too!

Awesome! Great people, great food, great lodging, great land to hunt. Perfect!
